How do you pronounce CxORE?
CxORE is pronounced, core.
Do I need anything special to use CxORE?
All you need is an internet connected device.
How do I join?
One of our Member Support Representatives would be happy to answer any questions and provide you with information.
How did CxORE determine what applications to give to me?
CxORE selected industry leading software that’s right-sized for its audience. We chose cloud-based applications that are easy to use, from reputable companies with great support.
Why are CxORE-issued applications better than me just going out and getting software for myself?
CxORE integrated a suite of cloud applications that work together and packaged them into a convenient single sign-on environment. It would take an enormous amount of time, effort and know-how to do this yourself and we give you human support with it.
Will CxORE have control over my software accounts?
Technically, yes. CxORE controls your accounts from an administrative point of view so you don’t have to establish accounts, think about renewing subscriptions or solve technical difficulties and most importantly so we can support you.
Will CxORE stay out of accounts I don’t want them in?
Yes. CxORE will not access your email accounts unless requested. When required we will access your accounts and applications to support you in growing your practice and pursuing your purpose.
If I have to cancel my subscription can I take my software accounts with me?
No, but we will do everything we can to help you transfer your accounts and/or data.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, CxORE membership is a month to month subscription with no cancellation fees. You can leave anytime but we hope you don’t!
Can I use my CxORE membership to gain access or discounts to anything?
This is something we are working on.
Can CxORE help me with marketing my practice?
Yes. After your orientation, CxORE will get busy creating a webpage for you. At your direction and approval, we will also help you with marketing campaigns using software in the platform.
I don’t understand how I will be able to connect with other members?
CxORE offers a Member Community site. Here you will be featured as a CxORE Member and you will be able to learn about and engage with other Members.
What resources will CxORE offer me through the Member Community that I cannot get through my own networking?
With your membership CxORE offers a one-on-one consultation with a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach who will help you play to your strengths. Along with this, CxORE’s Engagement Team is available to tap for advice, guidance and ideas. Remember we are here to help you have greater impact.
